At Snake & Rooter Plumbing Company, the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing Full Service plumbing solutions during this difficult time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. Below are the precautionary steps we are taking:
- Technicians are checked and monitored for a temperature each day
- All technicians are required to work in a fresh pair of gloves at each property they visit
- Masks are supplied to all team members and will be worn during our service calls
- We will maintain the recommended 6 foot radius at all times
- All technicians possess hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to ensure they can properly clean themselves, and the job site, at the conclusion of each service call
- Each technician possesses a fresh, clean uniform that they will wear each day
- We have cancelled all internal group meetings, or any company function, to ensure the technicians continue to avoid any social gatherings
